FAQ'S & SHIPPING INFO

*HOLIDAY NOTICE * PLEASE MESSAGE US FOR OPTIONS ON EXPEDITED SHIPPING.

We have no guarantee that items will be delivered by holiday if an item is not received by a certain day No Returns or refunds will be issued due to not being delivered by a specific date if expedited shipping was not paid.

*Order cancellations can only be processed within one hour of when the order is placed*

At this moment, we are only able to offer Standard Shipping.

All of our current products are printed in the U.S. Typically, orders are processed within  5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that due to a high volume of holiday orders processing time can be delayed by a couple of days. 

Typically items are shipped out via USPS first class, UPS, Or DHL Express Shipping and are typically arrive within 2-7 business days. ( Please keep in mind that shipping delays can occur due to Holiday delays). For World Wide/ Canadian orders, delivery can take up to 21 business days.

Items marked that they ship from our overseas fulfillment center can take u to 30 days to arrive.

-Why is my package missing some items?
Since we work with multiple warehouses, some items may be shipped in different packages, and therefore all of your items may not arrive all at the same time.

-Who delivers my item(s)?
Your items are delivered by our fulfillment center and will usually reach you via your local postal service in your location.

-What time are deliveries usually made?
Items are delivered depending on the local postal system and are usually during business hours. (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)

 

If you require an item to be delivered to a specific time frame, please message us before ordering to confirm that an item can be expedited for you. We do not take responsibility for a product not arriving at your desired time when fulfillment time framed and shipping time frames have been provided here.

 Please trust that we will do our utmost best to reduce any delays in shipment and order processing as we strive to deliver our products efficiently and quickly to our customers!

Note:

1. Actual shipping time may be affected by external factors such as extreme weather conditions, custom clearance (for international shipping), public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances from the postal service itself. However, such occurrence is extremely rare. 

For International orders:

2. Your package will be declared a lower price than the order due to the following: Different countries will have different import regulations. If the amount declared on the package is over a certain amount,  you may have to go to your local Customs office personally and be subject to import tax. The cost of import tax depends on the value declared on the package. Thus, to protect you from these additional fees and to save you a trip to the Customs office, we will declare the package contents at a lower value.

Note: 
Orders from your country may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.

A shipping fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. The charge will be 20% of the total charge per item.    


Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

3. Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 30 days from your order confirmation email. After 30 days, your order will be marked as closed and we will not be able to process any refunds.. Please note that orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel failed to deliver due to "no recipient at time of delivery" or "wrong address" entered on the order, or if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

**If you provided a wrong address at the time of order you may contact us ASAP.  we can only make address changed within one hour of when the order is place. In the event that the package is already in transit, we will not be able to change the delivery address or refund the order.  Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping information and we are not responsible for incorrect address entered by the customer. A shipping fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. The charge will be 20% of the total charge per item.  

4. All orders shipped include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the respective courier within your area to investigate the issue. We will not be held accountable for parcels when tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can only be cancelled one (1) hour from time of purchase by sending us an email at Designervisualofficial@yahoo.com

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Designer Visual exclusive designs are shipped from the U.S  are typically delivered within 7-10 business days.after processing. Intenational orders can take 12-20 days for delivery.
from the fulfillment date, and there will be a delay for Holidays.
This is not applicable for International delivery.  International orders not located in The U.S  such as Canada can take up to a maximum of 30 days to arrive.  If you would like status on your order please contact us.

U.S orders: (2-7 business days EST arrival after processing) sometimes there are delays due to high volume. 
Australia: (13-20 days EST arrival after processing)
U.K: (12-20 days EST arrival  after processing)
Canada: Clothing items should be delivered within 7-10 business days, Accesorrie purchased can take (12-26 EST arrival  after processing) Customs clearing can delay this, Canadian orders can take up to 30-45 days for delivery.
Other countries: 10-30 days 
 
 
Please be advised that packages can be subject to customs, and custom delays can delay arrival time. Which is why the timeframe provided is a estimated delivery timeframe.

WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER?
-You can't track your order until you receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped (your order number is NOT your tracking number)
-If you've received your tracking number and still can't track your package, please wait 7-10 days. It won't have any tracking info until it's in your Country. You can track it on your order on Track7.net.
-U.S orders can be tracked via the courier website.
Once the package arrives in the U.S you can track it in USPS.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online purchase. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item being received. We do not offer any returns no exception. Please refer to Returns & Exchange tab for more information.  Please remember that all sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Exceptions can be made and subject to review.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
 
Our exclusive designs are hand printed and ship from the U.S. Some items can ship from our fulfillment house is located in America, we also work with multiple vendors that are located in other countries such as China, Australia,
Germany, and United Kingdom.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages,
even if you've specified combined shipping. So don't be alarmed if you received one product before another.Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. You will also Receive a tracking number for each shipment
